Professional audience
The last expositon attracted 4,802 professional audiences from 24 countries and regions such as China, Finland, the United States, Colombia, Japan and South Korea. Among which, there were 427 overseas audiences, accounting for 9% of the total. Among them, candy, chocolate, jelly manufacturers accounted for 27.02%, dealers/importers 13.16%, raw material manufacturers 9.96%, confectionery mills and bakeries 8.90%,
packing equipment and packing material manufacturers 7.64%, sweetmeal, puffing and other leisure food manufacturers 6.72%, machinery manufacturers 6.49%. Among the audiences, 24% are general managers and partners; 20% are marketing managers; 18% are purchasing managers; and technicians 12%.
According to survey, most exhibitors were satisfied by the quality of audiences for their great specialization and high social levels.
